IZ Connect have supported us for nearly 6 months with staffing. As most will be aware there has been difficulty in recruiting in the early years sector, however all the staff at IZ Connect have made this time of difficulty very easy. Their staff have always been confident in supporting our teams and naturally with an induction process they fit right into our team, they are competent, vigilant individuals. It has been a pleasure working with every single staff member that comes into the setting they are polite with not only myself and my team but also with any outside agencies who visit or higher management of the company. Our setting is a unique setting where we believe we will always do our very best for the children and staff and provide an environment where we all feel safe and secure and IZ Connect’ s staff have enabled us to continue to support this. Given recent COVID-19 situation’s the staff with Sarah were so accommodating with us. Sarah is an amazing support for us and is always at the end of the phone to talk through situations/answer any questions no matter how small or little they may be. She is an absolute delight to work with.
